Mixed use - Site 2, Sydney Olympic Park

Delivered mechanical services design for the 45-story tower situated at Site 2A and 2B, Australia Avenue, Olympic Park. The development features serviced apartments, commercial suites, a public plaza, and retail spaces, including clubs, pools, and gyms. The design incorporates chilled water and heating hot water systems, with plant rooms located on the roof, mid, and lower levels.

Retail - Fashion Spree Expansion

Provided mechanical services design for the large expansion of a shopping mall in Warwick Farm (construction to be completed 2025). Comprised of chilled water and heating hot water central plant systems with ducted AHU and ducted chilled water FCUs throughout. Carpark performance solution comprised of jet fans with a combination of mechanical ducted supply & exhaust along with natural ventilation.

Mixed use - Auburn Square

Provided mechanical services construction design for Auburn square building located at 28 Northumberland Rd Auburn. This building consists of 47 residential apartments with GF retail & 5 level basements.

Mixed use - Central Coast Quarter North Tower

Delivered mechanical services construction design for the North Tower locate 26-30 Mann St, Gosford. The tower is part of a 24-level mixed-use, triple-tower development featuring 136 residential apartments and retail spaces.

Community - Fairfield Business Hub

Provided mechanical services design for conversion of a Council-owned library building on Barbara Street, Fairfield, into a collaborative and dynamic co-working hub. The building offers the local community meeting rooms, a film and photography studio, an audio studio, hot desks, dedicated desks, breakout workspaces, and a fully equipped community hall.

Commercial - 77 Berry Street, North Sydney

Delivered mechanical services construction design for the repurposing of multiple floors at 77 Berry from Class 6 to Class 9b accommodation for education and learning facilities. Base building chiller and condenser loop upgrades also required due to the increased occupancy.

Commercial - Sydney Law Courts

Delivered mechanical services design for the 27-floor government building in Sydney CBD, including chilled water and heating hot water central plant upgrade. Developed a comprehensive staging plan for the installation of the new chillers and boilers to ensure uninterrupted HVAC services throughout the project.

Education - St Francis of Assisi Primary School

Delivered CDC mechanical services design for the new multilevel Catholic Primary School buildings located at 1 Stone St, Glendenning. The unique central plant system included Geothermal water cooled VRF condenser systems.

Aged care - Alton Lodge, Cooranbong

Provided mechanical services construction design for the refurbishment of the aged care facility at 551 Freemans Drive, Cooranbong. The design featured air-cooled VRV central plant and ducted split systems. Infection prevention and control measures were incorporated into airflow paths for all rooms and common areas, while ensuring compliance with sound transmission requirements.

Warehouse / factories - Rosehill Business Park

Provided mechanical services construction design and managed the HVAC installation for three buildings at 11, 11A, and 11B Grand Avenue, Camellia, NSW, on behalf of the mechanical contractor. The project included warehouses, factories, and office buildings, featuring the installation of air-cooled chillers (including pumps, controls, and BMS) and PAC units.

Community - Bondi Pavilion

Provided mechanical services design for comprehensive HVAC plant upgrades throughout Bondi Pavilion, including multiple plant rooms serving community rooms and halls. The Restoration and Conservation Project of the 1920s building was completed in 2022.

Community - Googong Indoor Sports & Aquatic Centre

Developed mechanical services designs for the sports & aquatic center located on Heazlett Street, Googong, which features an indoor wading/warm water program pool, an indoor 8-lane 25m lap pool, a two-court indoor sports hall, amenities, and a kiosk. The pool hall design focused on ventilating and heating the pool hall airspace while preventing window condensation.

Hotel - 410 Pitt St Sydney (Millennial)

Developed the mechanical services concept design for the 31-story hotel tower at 410 Pitt Street, featuring a rooftop sundeck, pool, and hammam spa. This 'pencil' tower concept pushes the limits of construction and design, and could be the skinniest tower in Sydney.

Retail - King Living Bungalow

Developed the mechanical services tender design for a proposed two-story showroom on Condamine Street, Balgowlah. The expansive open-plan layout with a unique atrium required an HVAC design featuring multiple air-cooled PAC and VRV systems.

Commercial - Electrification for Charter Hall

Conducted electrification feasibility studies for over 50 Charter Hall sites, assessing the technical and financial viability of replacing existing gas boilers used for heating hot water, with electric heat pumps. These studies led to the completion of mechanical and electrical detailed designs for one site, with the majority of other sites scheduled for the same.
