Green Engineering Services (GES) was launched to prove that precision and accountability should outweigh profit in every project. After years with large consultancies, our Founder saw the profit-driven model rely too heavily on junior staff, resulting in inexperienced stakeholder engagement, rushed designs and superficial quality assurance. GES was created to offer a better way: lean, expert-led and fully accountable.
Expert design backed by third-party QA
GES: Our Founder with over 21 year’s experience, develops every design in close consultation with project stakeholders before handing it to our drafting team. Every tender and construction package is then peer-reviewed by an independent mechanical specialist, ensuring you receive fully vetted documentation that meets the highest engineering standards.
Others: Junior engineers complete most of the design work, while seniors conduct a brief, risk-focused QA review. Limited experience, frequent staff turnover and limited accountability often lead to service clashes, incorrect or oversized equipment, inefficient duct or pipe reticulation, missed energy saving opportunities, superficial stakeholder engagement and little value engineering.

GES: We model thermal loads in detail and optimise air, water, refrigerant and power routes. Equipment is sized accurately to meet requirements, minimising capital and operating costs as well as environmental impact.
Others: Designs are often oversized or inefficient, based on outdated rules of thumb. Even when QA reviews identify better solutions, revisions are frequently avoided to protect internal budgets.
One principal-level point of contact
GES: From kick-off through to hand-over, you work directly with our Founder, who understands each stakeholder’s challenges and goals.

Unlimited collaboration
GES: Meetings are never capped. We stay available so issues are resolved early and the final design reflects everyone’s input.
Others: Meeting allowances are minimal, with most sessions held by junior participants online while distracted.

Others: Junior staff are expected to make “minor” errors that may or may not be caught in a short QA review.
